Any student you've worked with — enrolled in a class or booked an intro session. The Free plan allows up to 5 total.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You upgrade when you're ready.
What happens if I hit the 3 transcript limit on Free?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Existing transcripts and queue items are unaffected.
Does Zoom auto-capture require any setup?
Yes — you connect your Zoom account once in the Meet tab. After that, completed sessions are pulled in automatically. Pro only.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your Settings. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
