What is TutorTrack?
TutorTrack is an agentic AI platform for private tutors. It captures each tutoring session from a Zoom recording or an uploaded transcript, then drafts the session recap, parent email, follow-up assignment, and invoice automatically. You review and approve every draft from one Inbox — nothing is sent without your sign-off.
How does TutorTrack capture my tutoring sessions?
Two ways: connect your Zoom account — on any plan — and cloud recordings are pulled in automatically after each meeting, or upload a transcript from any source: Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or your own notes. Either way the AI reads the session, updates the student's memory file, and drafts the follow-ups. Each captured session counts toward your plan's monthly transcript allowance (unlimited on Pro).
Will the AI send anything without my approval?
No. Every recap, parent email, assignment, and invoice waits in your Inbox until you approve it. You can edit any draft, ask the AI to regenerate it, or dismiss it. Nothing reaches a student or parent until you say so.
What is a student memory file?
A running narrative the AI maintains for each student: topics covered, gaps found, what to tackle next. It updates after every session, so recaps, assignments, parent updates, and Ask AI answers are specific to that student's actual progress — never generic.
Can the AI use the materials my students upload?
Students can upload their materials — homework photos, syllabi, past papers — on every plan, straight from their portal, and they land on that student's profile. On Pro, the AI assistant reads those files, so you can ask it to plan a lesson around exactly what the student sent. On Free you receive and view the files; the AI reading them is a Pro feature.
How much does TutorTrack cost?
The Free plan includes up to 5 students total, 1 class, 3 transcripts a month (uploads or Zoom auto-capture), and AI-drafted recaps, lesson summaries, and parent updates — no credit card required. Pro is $9.99/month and unlocks unlimited students, classes, transcripts and Zoom auto-capture (including group classes), invoice sending, AI progress reports, and automatic payment reminders.
How do invoicing and payments work?
Connect a free Stripe account, set each student's rate, and TutorTrack drafts an invoice the moment a session wraps. On Pro, approving the draft emails the parent a Stripe pay link. Payouts go straight to your Stripe account, minus a small 2% processing fee.
Is my students' data private?
Session content is used only to generate your drafts and each student's memory file. Transcripts are sent to our AI provider solely to produce those drafts — we never sell your data and never use it to train our own models. You can delete your account at any time.
